I tried out the Never a Dulles Moment from the OPI DC Collection. I’m a big fan of yellow polishes, and this pale yellow shade seemed like it would be a great fit for my collection. While it is a great shade, I have to say, I’m a bit disappointed with how thin the formula is. It took four coats of the polish to get it as opaque as it is in the picture. It might have been easier to apply a white base, so you might want to try that if you pick up this shade.
This would make a great base for nail art. It is very thin, so stamping with this polish won’t be an option.
All in all, while this polish is a great color, it taking 4 coats for coverage really makes it a miss for me.
